Appointments & Payment

My fee is $150.00 for a 50-minute session.

Payment is due at at the beginning of each month for the prior month's sessions. I accept cash, checks, or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). I will provide you with documentation/information for your insurance company for out of network reimbursement. I have a limited number of lower fee openings based on limited income & ability to pay. We can discuss this at the time of our first appointment.

For treatment to be effective it is important and necessary for consistency in our meeting times. Once we have set a specific day/time this will be our meeting time and will be set aside specifically for you each week. If you have to cancel a session, we can attempt to re-schedule that session within the week if possible.

Right to Receive a Good Faith Estimate of Expected Charges Under the No Surprises Act

You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Your health care provider will provide a Good Faith Estimate in writing for your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call Lynn Gordon at (206) 556-0043
